On a stm32f429I discovery board, which are the voltage of the SDA and SCL pin in I2C communication? May I connect it to a I2C device with 3.3 V. Thanks.

Voltage likely closer to 3V, buys should work on 3.3V I2C device.

You could probably measure the voltage on pins also.
