I am looking for a MCU that can replace NXP  MCF5282CVM66.

    There is a large selection of STM32 microcontrollers which may answer your request.
    I recommend you use the "ST-MCU-FINDER" tool (or the version embedded in STM32CubeMX tool) to fine tune your choice and the select the suitable one(s).
