NVIC register base address problem

0693W00000D2Q3CQAV.pngIs there somethings wrong with my STM32F407 Discovery board, the base address of NVIC register display in Debug section is very strange! Please give me some advise in this case

Are you on the latest versions?

Longstanding issue, but supposed to be fixed in the latest versions.

@TDK​ Thanks for your suggestions. I am using version 1.6.1 . I think it caused to could not enable interrupt for peripherals like UART, I2C,...I will try your guide.
