Nucleo-L412 Programming Error

Hi. I have Nucleo-L412 programming error with Keil. I can program Nucleo F401, F411 and F407 discovery board without error. But I can not load the program to the L412 board. I had had "No ST Link Detected error" but then I solved this problem on Keil "Debug-(Add) Flash Download" preferences. Now it looks like I can download the code to the Nucleo but It does not work even Blinky program. JP1 pin is On.

Next logical step would be to debug the code, step through, see if it's stopping somewhere or if it's trying to run the LED code.

JP1 ON holds the ST-Link in reset. How are you able to download code like this? Are you using an external programmer?
