Nucleo-G431 onboard stlink can't work

Nucleo-G431 onboard stlink used normally before, but recently it suddenly couldn't be used, there was no response when connected to the computer with a USB cable, the computer could not detect the stlink (it can be determined that there is no problem with the USB cable, there is no problem with the computer driver, and there is no problem with connecting other stlinks), the power supply of the test main control chip is normal, and the crystal oscillator vibrates normally, what is the reason for this, is there a solution?

Hello @lianglei001x ,

Try to upgrade your ST-Link firmware to the latest version and verify that all jumpers are correctly configured.

Hello Imen.D,
I checked the jumper and it was the same as on the manual. Nucleo-G431 cannot be recognized by the computer, all the indicator LEDs are not lit after plugging in the computer via USB, and it cannot be connected to the stlink utility or stm32Cubeprogrammer, is there any other way to update the firmware?
