MTBF data of MCU STM32H7B3IIK6Q

Hello.

I'm finding the MTBF data of MCU STM32H7B3IIK6Q working at 60℃. The document UM2331: STM32H7 single-core safety manual not answer my question, as it is a general introduction about the reliability of STM32, but not include the detailed MTBF or MTTF data. In this situation, it is hard for the user to evaluate the MTBF. Please help on this. Thank you.
