Missing download link for STM32F3 Discovery firmware package

I cannot see any link to the actual (original, SPL-based) firmware package for the F3 discovery board - or I just can't see it.

I'm still unsure if ST has trouble reforging their web presence, or if they want to ''convince away'' people from SPL stuff ...
