Minor bug in USART documentation

''Figure 1'' here:

should probably be ''Figure 279. USART block diagram''.

I see the same mistake in RM0090 rev.17, so this will be probably across several RMs.

[EDIT] Textual search for ''Figure 1'' brought up also this one:

this of course can't be found in RM0390.
