Mentor Pads footprint for BGA216/STM32F746?

Is the footprint available somewhere. Free? Does the Pads Cad footprint tool create that correctly, if I really need to use it. Or is it possible to import/export the footprint from Eagle. I don't have Eagle Cad, and I am not too eager to install it for nothing.

    In this datasheet, Figure 101 and Table 123 may bring you some help.

    I was looking for the easiest way to get that footprint into a Pads Cad package.

    I hesitate doing it myself because there is not much room for errors. I thought that Eagle PWB files for 746 Discovery board would be available, but they are not. Only gerber files which do not help.

    I think I have to make the footprint my self, allthough I rather not, or use the flatpack version.
