MCU power consumption issues

I would like to ask about the current load. I expect to use three sets of SDADC, SPI, and USART, all of which will use DMA for transfer and operate at a frequency of 11000HZ. The clock will use an external 12M crystal oscillator. I estimate from official data that it will be 60mA. I don't know if this judgment is feasible.

I would estimate that 200mA is plenty for the MCU and your peripherals, at ambient. Probably will take closer to 50mA or less.

Seems a bit high. Could be right. The datasheet has detailed info on current consumption. This is just one of many tables:

Do you think the STM32F373 series can be even higher if estimated this way? I plan to use a 200mA LDO to power it, but I don't know if it can support it.
