May I know if there's a new qualification of MSL for STM32F devices from year 2021? particularly on STM32F100. Thanks!

There was an MSL question the other week, perhaps check that out.

As I recall it was situational and depended on quantity and packaging. These chips are tested and packed in many different places, read the labels for specific instructions related to the content.​
