M95512 and STM32F103 SPI3 (no have Read Data)

Now I use STM32F103 SPI3 and M95512(SPI EEPROM).

I don't know mean
When I see data sheet RDSR is only 8 bit
But read 2 byte.

now STM32F103 SPI3 work CS, SCK, MOSI clock.
When I read another adress. than no have receive data.
How can I check.
