    120 MHz CM4 512KB FLASH 64-WLCSP

    Nothing pin-for-pin / ball-for-ball

Should be some in the STM32L4(+) series with similar specs

The new STM32H5 might be worth a look. Also G0 or C0 depending on actual needs

Any specific features/function your current design uses? USART, I2C, counts, etc.

    Floating Point Math?

    RAM/FLASH utilization?

Tips, Buy me a coffee, or three.. PayPal Venmo (See Profile) Up vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

Low cost focus: STM32C0/STM32G0 (F0 upgrade)

    Mainstream:general purpose STM32H5 (F4 upgrade)

    Low power focus : STM32U5 (L4/L5 upgrade)

    High Performance focus : STM32H7 (F7 upgrade)

There should be an STM32 Finder tool either on Android or PC to narrow down the choices depending on the memory footprint and specific peripherals. WLCSP is hardly for everyone. Form factor/high volume focus ?

    These are just MCU parameters.

    • temperature range required by your application (industry/automotive) ?
    • code size used, RAM size used ?
    • peripherals used / required ?
    • performance load ?
