Looking for STM mcu with less than 10uA/MHz current consumption that include Bluetooth co-processor. Is their anything available?

I can't seem to find any ST MCU with less than 17uA/MHz.

Is there anything closer to 10uA/MHz ?

Also, does ST offer MCU with a bluetooth co-processor?

Well, if the code can run at half frequency with more peripheral hw assits, or more stop mode time ratio are possible alternatives to explore.
