Libusb & STM32F207ZG

I did USB communication between Ubuntu 16.04 machine and Nucleo F207ZG using STM32CubeF2 example project , now i want to use LIBUSB communication between Host PC and Nucleo F207ZG.....

I struggle with this pls anyone help  me ......
