KEIL uVision5 is closed suddenly

I have Nucelo-F492 and I used STM32Cube on 2022 successfully without any problem. This was very easy. 

I am attending now a training course in "RTOS by using Keil uVision", But every time I use Keil to erase or download programs in my Nucleo, Keil uVision 5 is closed suddenly, although I am using now one of the examples in Keil for STM32F492. 

Can anyone help me in starting using Keil uVision 5 with my Nucleo ? 
Is there a tool allowing me to erase my programs in Nucleo and download the code generated by Keil in my Nucleo?

Any advices? 

By the way, I have downloaded the STLink drivers and STLink Server.

There's was a known issue with the Driver or DLL in the \Keil5xx\ARM\STLink that needs to be replaced/updated.
