It is posible to wake up MCU from uart request to DMA? stm32L432

Hello everybody. I am trying to develop a project in which i am continuously reading a serial protocol like a slave. So i would like to be in sleep mode and wake up when the message arrive. But i dont know if it possible to wake up the MCU when my UART is doing request to the DMA. I am using stm32L432 and Low-Layer.
