Is the core speed limited to 300MHz on all industrial H7x7 devices or only on TQFP (H7x7xIT) devices?

7x7 datasheet on page 27 says that VOS0 and VOS1 is disabled on STM32H7x7xIT3, but at the end of the note it also says that VOS1 is disabled on industrial temperature range, not specifying any package type.

Is it disabled only on IT3 ending part numbers or all industrial devices?

And it is actually HW disabled?

I want to use industrial because device will be used in cold temperatures.

Hi @RNiir.1​ ,

The real limitation for VOS1 activation is Tj which must be less than 125°C. So there should be no issue working in cold temperature.
