Now in China, all distributors don't have STM32F105RBT6, but if we ask from sub-distributors, most of them have massive in stock, just the price is very very high, about 14usd.

So, please tell us when the supply can be normal,

because if we switch chip, it will spend time and money

44-weeks means they already have a lot of pending orders to people who've already got standing orders in place.

How much of that is real and how much is speculative is hard to gauge. How capacity is allocated is also hard to gauge, but these are older, larger parts.

The people holding the cards are those with parts now, as production frees up those with excess parts will see less money for them. Suggest you negotiate for what you need as you need them, and hedge that with an actual order for parts to be delivered later.
