Is it possible to instrument STM32F100CBT6B with emulated universal asynchronous receiver transmitter middleware?

I am using STM32F100CBT6B in my project and I am in need of having one more UART port and I came across following example folder STSW-STM32156. Please let me know if it is possible to instrument this file to the F1 Series.
