Interfacing STM32L072RB USB 2.0 and USB type c

Hello,

We are planning to use STM32L072RB microcontroller in our device.

We have implemented USB type c connector on our board. 

STM32L072RB microcontroller has USB 2.0 support.

So how to interface microcontroller USB 2.0 and USB type c connector? whether it needs any bridge IC, additional components or any converters for the interfacing?

Please let me know.
