in STM32h750ib MCU, can the classic CAN(CAN2.0) IC can be used instead of using CAN-FD IC?

As long as the STM32h750 is set for classic CAN only then yes you can. I do that with a STM32H723.

Classic CAN is a separate option in STM32CubeMX and can be used as a substitute for the FDCAN peripheral.
