IMPORT PROJECT TO CUBE IDE -DEBUGGER HAMMER NOT RESPONSIVE GET "BUILD ACTIVE CONFIGUR.."

Downloaded  from  web site as directed ;however download  looks nothing like folder in the  tutorial ;Placed comments in the comment section of the tutorial - so far no response - I asked for file structure as viewed in the tutorial . Download several times -same issue -Is this a corrupt  folder or is there a way of activating the file - Cube MX ( located in the workspace )does not respond  either 

using F103,F446,F750   hardware however  the issue is with the  Interface of cube IDE and the folder ( file )

When you find something somewhere (github, various sites, blogs...) and it does not work - contact the author first. He/she may be glad to receive a feedback and maybe fix their stuff.
