im using stm32l433rbt6 controller in that im working on nor flash using qspi mode i have written some dummy data and im reading that and im getting output as 0xCC when im reading rather than which i gave why im getting 0xCC?

Could be a couple of things, most likely a Quad Mode setting or dummy cycles.

Did it read 0xFF when erased?

N​ormally when bringing up you should try the READ ID in the 1, 2 and 4-bit modes, and similarly the reads and writes

i have checked device ids for 1,4 qspi line, for 1 line im getting the correct device ids, for 4 qspi lines im getting the wrong values and for erase operation for 1 qspi lines im getting 0xFF and when i erased for 4 qspi lines im getting 0xCC instead of 0xFF.

why im getting 0xCC?

Sounds like your unspecified memory chip is not in Quad Mode.​
