IAR Linker Format for ST Flash Loader

What is the correct IAR linker output file format for the ST Flash Loader. The flash loader will only recognize .bin, .hex and .s19 file extensions. I have tried Intel standard, intel extended, Motorola S19 and others with no success. Either the linker cannot create the file due to the memory map > 64K or the flash loader cannot read the file correctly.

You can try with this for intel format or just a raw binary for .bin.
