Question
IAR 7.80.2 can't download to STM32F427

I have a customer made board with cpu STM32F427VG and ST-LINK V2 debugger, , IAR 7.80.2 can't download , but ST-LINK utility sometimes can and sometimes fail, please see the following. thanks very much for your help
