I want to get the report for both STM32F446VCT6 and TS391RILT. I need ROHS / MSDS / SGS / REACH report for review. Where can i get these??

Several reports require an NDA to be signed, that is why it should be better to contact your FAE to get them.

So, ST has FAEs ? I thought they were "untouchable" but haven't actually checked with our distributers recently.

In fact, it seems that most semiconductor companies seem to have gotten rid of the FAE resource unless you are at a HUGE company like Microsoft or Boeing or similar size like here in the pacific northwest in Washington state.
