I have win7, just installed the Unicleo-Gui to Nucleo-F401RE

My problem is Unicleo cant see any port, why?

STM32 ST-LINK Utility works perfectly, I can download/upgrade firmware but no success to Unicleo-Gui

Do I need to install something else?

    Is working now, what I did it to load the hex file for

    X-NUCLEO-IKS01A2 Acceleration calibration and after that it communicates, it seems the out-of-the-shelve F401RE comes with a program that doesn't communicate with Unicleo
