Question

I have an stm 32 controller placed on a machine with 2000rpm. Is there a chance of RTC registers get corrupt or not write?

Not sure the speed is the issue, make sure your supply gets cleaned up and that you design and shield your boards suitably.

you may shake the pins off the chip... if its tooo violent.

If you are using lead free solder, the processor pins may start fracturing within a year...

but the RTC registers wil be fine, although the Time of Day will always be a little out, since the RTC is not really suitable to keep time longer than a few days.
