I am using stm32l443 mcu. When the processor is locked, the processor does not work even though I trigger it with an external wdg. Everything is correct in the circuit design. If the NRSTe is triggered while the system is running, it resets.

What causes the external disturbance to make it latch-up. Do you have adequate isolation?

It is used in a high voltage generating circuit that ignites. It is expected to be unlocked, but we expect it to come out of the lock with NRST. NRST is triggered by wdg.
