I am using STM32F373CCT6. My application requires one timer to trigger another timer, whose output will be available on port pin. Is it possible? If yes how?

It depends on your particular definition of "trigger", but generally, yes.

Read the timer chapter in RM, especially description of TIMx_SMCR register.
