i am using STM32F030CCT6 MCU. i want to know the internal pullup and pull down resistor value for GPIO pin.

we are configured that pin as Input. We got 0.5V drop at PA7 pin after flashing code.

Please let me know the resistor values for all GPIO pins

This is given in the Datasheet to your particular STM32 model. Usually nominally 40kOhm.
