I am trying to establish CANbus communication using STM32F042F6P6 MCU at 27.8k speed. Please suggest me how to configure the clock in order to achieve the desired speed.

Take the clock from the bus to which the CAN peripheral is attached, divide by prescaler, then divide by sum of bit quanta times.

To get a different rate refactor these numbers.
