I am getting an error when acessing this forum, and clicking on links

I get an error when clicking on links in this forum and when attempting to access forum entries by clicking the title/question.

The error is,

An unexpected error has occurred

    This is an ongoing issue: 

     
    A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

    If that is a posting that explains the problem, all I get is 'An

    unexpected error has occurred'

    I think the problem has gone from bad to really bad.

    No, it doesn't explain it - just complains that it's happening!
