hse external oscilator on stm32f0discovery

Hi,

I would like to add the external crystal 8 mhz on stm32f0discovery

Could you confirm crystal load capacitance should be 30pf to be compatible

with 20pf for C14 and C13 and 390 ohm R22 ?
