How to use the boot0 pin as analog input

I use the STM32CUBEMax configure PB8(boot0)pin as analog input ,but I can not find any message to connect the input channel with the ADC module

welcome to ST community. What MCU are you using and what will be the PIN function. The Analog_mode is related GPIO mode for selected pin. You should see similar in option for your MCU as pictured in the screenshot below:
