As some people try to use a Raspberry as a "Chromecast" like this:

ST used to make STB, but got out of that business.

Coding and licensing codecs is expensive.

Just buy a RPi or Chromecast, or open YouTube TV in your browser.

You can add an HDMI video connection to the STM32F769I-DISCO but resolution is constrained, and you have no meaningful bandwidth to decode video. You could perhaps handle Motion-JPEG
