How to update firmware while read protection is on?

Hi all!
I need suggestions to implement such mechanism like our smartphone(Update our phone without while working normally), i'm working on STM32L152 where i want to apply read protection to protect my code and when we get an update from server or developers we can upgrade it directly.
Note : A device is working with phone(Like dongal).
Any suggestions can be acceptable,
