How to migrate STM32 standard peripheral Lib v0.2 to v3.1.2

Hi,

 the AN2953 is for migrating from STM32 standard peripheral Lib v2.0.3 to v3.0.0. but, I need a migration script from v0.2 to v3.1.1. hwo can help me about all modications in these two versions. and i'll do the script.

it's hard to extract all modifications. I think that ST engineers know this versions very well.
