    Use bootloader or JTAG/SWD port

Please try to better formulate your posts with a title, and a body containing the question and some context.

You can typically use an ST-LINK and the ST-LINK Utilities or STM32 Cube Programmer application to pull the current content from a device, and also to write a binary, hex, or object file to an STM32 part.

Other makes/models of JTAG pods will also work in a similar fashion. An the STM32 System Loader provides USART and USB methods, again supported by then STM32 Cube Programmer
