How to Determine/Optimize the Stack usage in an Application

Hi,

We are using STM32F479 processor in our design. Now we are in process of optimizing our code, How can I determine the maximum Stack and Heap used in the Project. We are using Keil Compiler and application is based on RTX OS. For thread level optimization, we are using Stack watermark feature of Keil IDE.

Also I would like to know how we can make use of 64 KBytes of core coupled memory.
