Pretty much the same way you do for any other address range, you modify the linker and debugging scripts as required by the architecture and tools.

Hi

Sorry, I thought I wrote a short text in my priveous post, but obviously I submitted it uncorrectly.

I'm working with ARM Keil and uVision IDE, there I set up the SRAM as the target location in the file options.

Is that the correct method to do this?

Another question: Then configuring the ST-Link, must I enter as Flash address the address of the SRAM or are some more settings required ?
