How to connect ST CONTROLLER TO INTERNET

Hello

        Greeting to all!

1.  I have STM3220G EVAL Kit. I am facing problem on Window 10 PC while using Echo Tool.it is not responding.Kindly suggest  the solution & reason behind the problem.
2. I want to connect My board to Internet please suggest  details solution with procedure.

Do you have any TCP/IP software running on the STM3220G-EVAL that might be expected to respond?

Does the software get an IP assigned? Is it fixed or provided by a DHCP server?

Could you discuss your needs with your project supervisor or employer/professor? Maybe review some networking methods/documentation?
