How set lowest speed for Canbus

What is the lowest Canbus speed ? And how can I adjust the speed

I need a Low and safe speed

Please guide me

MCU = STM32F407ZET6 , HSE = 8Mhz , SysCLK 168Mhz

I used 20KHz trying to run 1km..
