Hi, We are using STM32F427IIH7 for one of our project and it is out of stock now. we found an alternate part(STM32F765IIK6) for that but the new part have some additional features like VDDSDMMC and VDDUSB . Also found some diff on PDDR_ON connection.

Also found some diff on PDDR_ON connection. i want to know that STM32F765IIK6 is a direct substitute of STM32F427IIH7 or not?

No.

There may be some deal of compatibiliy, but it's a different processor core, different bus structure etc., so besides the differences in pin layout you may be looking at changes in your program, too.
