The STM32L4 and STM32L4+ family is fully in production and no issue to deliver all the parts. Have you placed an order ? The distributors put more on the shelf the 85°C version ("6" more generic) rather than the 125°C ("3").

Also don't expect others to hold stock or plan on your behalf. The delivery lead time is on the order of 26-weeks, and every day you dally will push out the delivery date.

Given the general availability issues people doing arbitrage will buy up any free stock to sell at a premium to those that buy on the spot market.
