Hi I am using STM32L476VGT3 in my design. For vibration and shock simulation, I would like to know the weight of the component, I couldn't find this information in the datasheet. Could you provide the information ?

In product web folder, under Quality and Reliability, you can find Material Declaration, and that contains the total weight.

It's not there for the 'VGT3 variety, so for that particular one you might need to ask ST directly; but chances are it's the same as for 'other LQFP100 packages - for 'VGT6 it's 681.44 mg .
