Thank you for your answer Jan, the problem is the TN1206 that I've found there describes the packaging from LQFP7x7 to LQFP20x20, but not the LQFP24x24 which is the STM32F207ICT6. Where can I find the right note ?

Whoops, sorry, I did not check your particular model.

Are you sure it comes in tape and reel? The product folder, in the Sample & Buy

table at bottom, contains only Tray.
