Hey there i'm new to the stm boards, i have the NUCLEO-G431KB board and i am trying to connect through usb but the board isnt recognized. the drivers arent appearing in the device manager despite the installation saying they have been installed.

Try a different cable, try a different port. Avoid hubs and docking stations.

Perhaps try a different system.

If this is a corporate system check that the use of USB MSC has not been blocked.
