Help with flashing my own programs on Cleanflight F4 boards!

Hi to everyone! 

I need help with what I am trying to do!

I want to flash my own programs on (Cleanflight boards) as they all have STM32f on board! And other things that are useful to me. I can't connect to the boards using any tools that I know of so far!

Of course, I can flash them with (Clenflight Configurator) but that's not what I am aiming to do.

I want to write my own programs and flash them on to these boards!

The board that I like to flash has the STM32F405RGT6 on board.

Can anyone help me out?
